Cancellation 48+ hours before session: Full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation 24–48 hours before session: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before session: No refund is applicable.
The platform deducts an agreed service fee from the total booking amount. The client pays the full amount, and the photographer receives the amount minus the service fee.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days from the request date via the same payment method used.
