Yes, the photographer can be changed within 48 hours of booking if the session is scheduled a week or more in advance, and within one hour if the booking is on the same day.
The appointment and the method of receiving the photos are arranged directly with the photographer. We do not interfere in this matter; however, if the photographer fails to meet their obligations, you can contact customer service.
After booking confirmation, you will find the photographer's contact details in the bookings page of your account. You can reach out directly via phone or WhatsApp.
Additional services can be requested during the session, but they must be agreed upon with the photographer. The client must also pay for the additional service during the session. If the photographer refuses, they cannot be forced to provide it.
A replacement photographer will be provided at the same price, or the client will receive a full refund.
Yes, after the session you can interact with the photographer's work (love, wow, clap, fire, star) from their profile page.
Yes, you can cancel your booking. Please review our Payment & Refund Policy for refund terms depending on cancellation timing.

Your earnings are added to your digital wallet after the session is completed and confirmed by the client. You can request a payout at any time from your dashboard.
Within 3 to 4 days from the date of the shoot, after deducting a 10% platform fee.
Yes, we never store credit card details. All payments are processed through certified, encrypted payment gateways with the highest security standards.
The photographer is required to repeat the photo session at their own expense, if possible, or refund the full amount to the client, including the 10% platform fee. In case the photographer refuses to issue the refund, they will be permanently banned from the platform.
